We ensure the Delivery throughout Europe, without exception. Our shipments are planned to meet the professional requirements of our customers, with special attention to security and punctuality.

⏱ Delivery delay

Our delivery times vary depending on the country of destination and the period of the year:

• Standard deadlines : Between 3 to 5 weeks from the validation of the order.

• Seasonal variables : Adjustments can occur depending on the production charge, holidays or local logistical conditions.

🚛 Delivery method

The products are delivered by truck heavyweight type semi-trailer, Equipped with an embedded carriage to ensure a unloading On site.

🔸 No lifting means is required on your side.
🔸 Access must be provided to accommodate a large vehicle.

If your site has specific access constraints, please let them know them when ordering.

✉️ Notifications & follow-up

One notification email You will be sent containing all the delivery information, including:

• The estimated delivery date

• The carrier contact

• The tracking number, if applicable

📅 This notification is sent on Friday preceding the delivery week, as soon as the command is loaded on truck.

• Make sure your details are accurate and the delivery site is accessible to a heavyweight.

• The presence of an on-site manager is recommended during delivery.

• Any damage or anomaly must be reported immediately to the carrier and confirmed in writing with photos if possible.
